The annual Boston Butt/Turkey Breast sale is now underway.  Each player is expected to sell a minimum of 20 Boston Butts or Turkey Breast.  The Boston Butts/Turkey Breast will be ready for distribution on November 21, just in time for the Thanksgiving Holidays.  We will be using the same people for this cook as our last one.  All money will be collected on November 17 so we will know how much meat to buy.  Each Boston Butt/ Turkey breast will be $30.00 or $18.50 profit/each for a minimum requirement of $370.00 per player if no Butts are sold.  All Boston Butts sold in excess of the 20 minimum will count as credit toward the Player Fee.  Please call Tim Van Eaton, Mark Crawford, Kim Pratt or John Williams if you have any questions.

Note:  Uncooked, the Boston Butts are generally 8 - 10 pounds and the Turkey Breast are 5 - 6 pounds.
